New restaurant cost can be fully deducted in your tax return

If you are in restaurant business and started a restaurant after December 31, 2008, you could deduct up to $250,000 of your cost incurred in building your restaurant all at once in your business tax return. This deduction goes up to $500,000 in years 2010 and 2011. This is a tremendous amount of deduction that you should benefit from and take advantage of. This would be a great help - in fact unbelievable help - in your cash flow as you could use your tax dollars for setting up your business.
