If you plan your taxes properly for 2011 for your business (this applies to business only) you could possibly purchase required business equipment for your business with zero down payment. A very important tax provision, expiring December 2011, allows you to deduct the cost of your equipment purchases against your this year income - and the tax savings could pay for your down payment (and may be more)
