Critical Illness a major financial problem

Every 34 seconds, an American will suffer a heart attack. The great news is if those victims arrive at a hospital still alive, 90% of them will survive. Then comes the bad news. The tremendous cost of treatment and recovery from heart attack could push a family into serious financial problems. In fact, near two-thirds of the Americans who are forced to file for bankruptcy, do so because of medical bills and lost income.

How do you solve such problems?

One of the approaches is to use the insurance system very creatively to provide for all coverages while you are alive and if you die.

Something to discuss in the next few posts.
